Monegasque regulations on civil companies have recently been amended.
As a result, any civil company registered in Monaco's Special Register of Civil Companies must now confirm each year, in the month following the anniversary date of its registration in that register, that it continues to operate.
Failure to confirm may result in administrative penalties and, if the failure persists, automatic removal from the Register.
To do so, it is necessary to download a new dedicated form, "DA-SC," duly filled out in duplicate and returned to the Economic Development Department along with the relevant payment.
